I know for a fact that SQL 2005 has been greatly improved in storing binary files over MSSQL 2000, but I am from the camp that storing files in the database is a bad idea. When picturebox's size is more than Panel1's size, scrollbars becomes active for Panel. This allows picturebox to resize itself to the size of the original picture.
